PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To assist the Production Department (Pulp/Paper) reducing overtime by providing leave relief in ensuring the efficient operation of the section.

REPORTING TO: FOREMAN

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support to shift based team in role required.
  • Understand & comply with all SHEQ requirements of the job.
  • Maintains a high level of good housekeeping in the workplace at all times


KEY COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

  • Effective communications skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solving and decision making


REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE

  • Grade12 / Matric Certificate
  • Relevant Pulp and Paper qualification (N courses or NQF levels)
  • Pulp and Paper experience would be advantageous

 

The purpose of this advert is to establish a pool from which candidates will be sourced as and when relevant temporary positions occur. Interviews will be conducted when the need arises.
