The need to foster and maintain a culture of compliance in these fast-moving and uncertain times has never been so important. Rather than an exercise in enforcement, Arxada, a global leader in wood treatment technologies, views regulatory compliance as an opportunity to create an environment in which staff can shine and contribute towards the long-term success of the company.
In the same line of thinking, the Arxada Global Quality team adopted the ComplianceWire®️ online training platform in 2020 to further improve its training data systems and controls. In April 2021, Arxada’s Wood Protection business division in South Africa followed suit and incorporated ComplianceWire®️ into the company’s Independent Development Programme.

It has also been beneficial for the training of production staff who are exposed to the manufacturing environment where high levels of safety and awareness is constantly required.
