Report back from IUFRO WP 2.08.03 Conference:
"Joining silvicultural and genetic strategies to minimize
Eucalyptus environmental stresses: from research to practice"

Speakers: Tammy Swain & Joel Cele (ICFR)                  Dr Jacob Crous (Sappi)

This seminar discusses presentations by plenary speakers, contents of the themes of the conference and the mid-conference tour.

The focus will be on Tree Improvement, Wood Properties Research and Nursery Techniques.

In addition, highlights of two post-conference tours that were attended by the speakers will be presented including silvicultural aspects (site preparation, planting, fertilisation, weed control) and research trials visited.
