The 2-Row Fully Automatic FiberCell Filling Machine efficiently places plugs with cell diameters of 40 to 60 mm and adjustable lengths from 50 up to 100 mm. It can be integrated with a destacking system for automatic tray feeding and adapts to various tray types.
User-friendly and easy to clean, it requires just one operator and produces up to 4,000 cells per hour, depending on cell size and substrate—delivering reliable, high-performance operation.
FiberCell BioBased Medium Paper
Our Biobased Medium paper works seamlessly with our 2-Row Fully Automatic FiberCell Filling Machines. Made from natural, starch-based fibers, it’s an eco-friendly option with customizable degradation times, ideal for propagation of a wide range of crops.
Key benefits with our Biobased Medium paper:
- Manufactured from natural starch-based fibers
- Does not contain any fossil-derived or synthetic plastic
- The paper is biodegradable
- Degradation period up to 14 months (depending on propagation conditions)
- No glue on the paper, self-sealing fibers in material.
