Ezigro Seedlings

Ezigro and Evergreen Seedlings have been operating for over 20 years. About 60 million vegetable, forestry and flower seedlings are produced each year. Major vegetable products Include Cabbage, Tomatoes, Peppers, Beet Root, Spinach, Onions and Lettuce. We also offer a large selection of Indigenous and fruit trees. 

The forestry consists of most commercial seedlings and selected pine and gum cuttings. Over 20 million Forestry seedlings and clones are sold annually.

Ezigro has instituted a strong, Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Scheme. This includes 26% black ownership, 65 % black management, numerous school and community projects and the training and upliftment of our 130 black staff. This has achieved a Level 2 B-BBEE contributor certification verified by Emex Trust a SANAS Accredited BEE Verification agency.

Ezigro and Evergreen have state of the art fertigation, water treatment and sowing machine systems installed to place both operations amongst the best in South Africa. Our tunnels are specifically designed to provide optimal growing conditions year round. Ezigro also boasts a Vermiculite production factory that supplies other nurseries and the general public.
