Following our regular updates on the status of the EWC motion in Parliament and FSA’s integral role in that process, herewith please find FSA’S individual submission to the Constitutional Review Committee. It is one of over 200 0000 such submissions already received by the CRC, all of which will need to be considered and responded to.

We remain steadfast in our belief that the outcome of this process will be to recommend that no changes are made to the Constitution and more importantly, we hope that the CRC may in its recommendations, propose a new, honest, transparent and practical framework, for addressing land and agrarian reform in South Africa. We have alluded to the need for this and the shortcomings and successes of previous endeavours, in our submission.
