The new Ponsse Bison represents the next step in forwarder development. The updated model combines the familiar reliability of the Bison with improved cost efficiency and agility, offering a practical solution for demanding working environments.
The new Bison takes forwarder performance to a new level by combining advanced transmission technology with operator-friendly solutions. The CVT transmission enables smooth, stepless movement in all terrain conditions, improving both driving comfort and productivity. The operator only needs to press the throttle, and the system always ensures the optimal transmission ratio. As a result, higher driving speeds do not increase fuel consumption at the same rate as with traditional hydrostatic systems.
The optional Active Cabin suspension improves working comfort, especially in demanding conditions. The new Bison also offers an excellent operating range: fuel capacity increases up to 280 litres with an additional fuel tank.
Lightweight yet powerful, the new Bison is a cost-efficient choice that delivers high productivity and operator comfort without compromise. The total cost of ownership is lower than the previous model thanks to a competitive purchase price and reduced consumption.
