Most of our customers are now using Pro-Treat Books, our digital treatment platform, which has grown into a tool more powerful, intuitive, and useful than we could have imagined − thanks to your positive feedback and suggestions, which we continue to integrate.
Pro-Treat Books is as big a leap for our industry as moving from a cheque book to an online banking system. Importantly, it is saving timber treaters tremendous amounts of money by identifying potential overtreatment before it occurs, which prevents the overuse of valuable wood preservative.
It also stops our customers from distributing a poor-quality product, as the platform spots potential undertreatment and alerts the operator to make a correction.

We are now building a function to capture technical notes. In the past, when a Dolphin Bay representative visited your plant, his guidance to the operator could easily have been forgotten or lost. Now, it will be captured in a dated and audited note that can be sent to the plant manager automatically and recalled at any time for your future use – as can all the other data generated.
