The
Quality
Council for
Trades and
Occupations
(QCTO) after
consultation
with its
stakeholders
have decided
to extend the
decisions
taken in
"Covid 19
Memorandum 2
of 30 April
2020" by an
additional 6
months.
- All Assessment Centres, Trade Test Centres and SDPs whose accreditation expired or will expire during 2020 and 2021 are hereby granted further extension by six months to be valid until November 1, 2021.
- This Memorandum can be used as an official accreditation confirmation of the Assessment Centre, Trade Test Centre and/or SDP together with the lapsed accreditation letter that has expired in 2020 or 2021.
- Stakeholders are urged to continue to apply for accreditation and accreditation renewal as usual there might not be further extension.
- The commencement of trade testing will depend on the reopening of NAMB and any specific regulations/guidelines that will be issued then.
