FSA has amended their funding framework with regard to research, development, protection and related services. FSA only funds Platforms, Research Chairs or Subject Experts in the fields of Forest Protection and Forest Sustainability. These Platforms will be established to ensure critical mass to support the needs of our members and will be supported for three years. FSA will only fund projects directly if they are in the interest of all our members. Applications will be evaluated using a decision-making framework based on risk and impact.
